At first, the Thyme team were looking for an eCommerce specialist to help design a store worthy of their delicious frozen foods. They chose to work with Shopify and Statement, and we were well-placed to work with them on a bespoke store that was on-brand, flexible, easy-to-use, and optimised for conversions.
As the Thyme brand grew and developed, we worked with their team on a store redesign based around their evolving brand and customer profile.
Using their brand guidelines, we redesigned the Thyme store to create a clean and refreshing site focusing on UGC, reviews and beautiful product photography.
We continue to work with Thyme on an ambitious digital advertising strategy across social, targeting specific demographics across the UK within a target cost-per-acquisition, alongside conversion rate optimisation and ongoing site updates.
